If you are an AHCCCS employee or an external user and have already obtained permission to access the AHCCCS network, please follow the instructions on the Software Download page to download the client. Please refer to the User Guides page for information on how to install, use, and troubleshoot the remote access client on your computer. Thank you for participating in the AHCCCS remote access programs.
If you connect to the mainframe:
You must sign the AHCCCS User Affirmation Statement and fax it back to 602-417-4100.
